I don't know if anyone told you this, but Alabama is hot and humid in the summer. I'm not really getting a full sense of the state though, since I'm only passing through that tiny little nugget right at the bottom of it. But something tells me it's hot and humid in the rest of the state too! Another interesting fact I found out about Alabama through my cell phone: it seems it's in a different time zone from the east coast. Thanks, Verizon, for keeping me on top of things!
